Sarnia man nets three years in prison for selling fentanyl and crystal meth
Nicholas Plain was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison for trying to sell 55 grams of crystal meth in Sarnia.
Justice Krista Lynn Leszczynski called it a dangerous, addictive and insidious substance.
“One that destroys lives, destroys families and communities,” she said.
Plain’s criminal defence lawyer, Frank Retar, agreed.
“We all know all of the tragic hardships that fentanyl has in the Sarnia community, in the Windsor community, in all of North America,” the Windsor-based lawyer said.
