Chatham Township man accused of attempted murder returns to court in early October

Jamie Kelly, 55, made a brief appearance in Chatham court on Wednesday.

Defence lawyer Frank Retar told the court this was Kelly’s first appearance after being released last month following a contested bail hearing.

Retar requested the matter return Oct. 5 to provide him time to speak with his client.
